About Me
Welcome! I am so happy that you are here! Thank you so much for being here and showing interest in what your beautiful breath has to offer!
Let me take a moment to tell you a little bit about my journey. My name is Jessica and I was born and raised in Minnesota. My awakening/healing journey started in 2020 when I was at a point in my life where I realized that I was so disconnected from my body and at a loss of what to do. I was struggling physically and mentally and knew that it was time for a change. It was that point in my life where I was ready to explore holistic healing modalities and with that, I discovered the beautiful offering of my very own breath. This was the moment that my life changed. Everything I had been searching for had always been external. It wasn’t until I was introduced to breathwork that I realized that everything I was actually searching for was internal.
Everything that I had been searching for externally was actually just a breath away, each breath allowed me to come home, the internal home of my heart and soul, right where I have always wanted to be.
About 6 months into my breathwork journey, I had a vision and knowing that I was ready to start creating my dream. My dream includes creating a sacred space for beautiful souls around the world to connect with their breath in a safe way and start to heal from the inside out. Bringing the body and the mind back into coherence. This is the space where we get to bring the mind into the heart and feel our way through. Feeling sensations that are present in the body within our own time and space allow our body to soften. Moment by moment, breath by breath.

A few things about breathwork
Breathwork plays a significant role in regulating the autonomic nervous system, which comprises the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. Here’s how breathwork affects both:
-
Fight or Flight Response: The SNS is activated during stress or danger, leading to increased heart rate, rapid breathing, and heightened alertness.
Breathwork Influence: Certain breathwork techniques, especially fast or forceful breathing, can stimulate the SNS, which can be useful for energizing the body or overcoming fatigue.
-
Rest and Digest Response: The PNS promotes relaxation, lowers heart rate, and enhances digestion.
Breathwork Influence: Slow, deep breathing activates the PNS, helping to induce a state of calm and relaxation. Techniques like diaphragmatic breathing or extended exhalation can significantly reduce stress and anxiety levels.
-
By consciously manipulating your breath, you can shift the balance between these two systems. For instance, calming breathwork can help reduce the effects of stress and anxiety by promoting parasympathetic dominance, while energizing techniques can help you feel more alert when needed. This ability to influence your nervous system through breath is one of the key benefits of breathwork practices.

Working with you regularly over the last 8 months, learning about (knowing nothing at the start) and practicing breathwork, has been completely LIFE CHANGING for me. For my family as well; my healing directly affects them, as I am a better mother, partner, and overall version of myself. I could have never guessed in a million years that something so natural - BREATHING - holds the immense POWER it does. This practice has given me a HOPE and excitement for the future that I didn’t even know was possible. I will never turn back - I am on this interesting and amazing journey for LIFE. I am forever GRATEFUL for your mentorship and that I was given this incredible opportunity! 10/10 - highly recommend!

I hadn’t ever done a breath work session before and didn’t know what to expect. Jessica held such a beautiful space for me, and guided me through simple practices that helped me release stress I didn’t even know I was holding on to. The knots along my shoulder blades even released. What a gift to be in communion with a beautiful kind woman who felt so supportive of the woman I am, and the one I’m becoming. I truly felt held and can’t recommend her enough. Thank you, Jess for sharing your gift!

Breathwork offers a unique and profound opportunity for healing and understanding ourselves. Having a competent and compassionate facilitator to guide me through this experience is extremely important. Jess is both of those and so much more. During the multiple breathwork sessions I’ve done with her, I have felt deeply supported, encouraged, and loved. Even though I’m sometimes nervous to start, I always leave her breathwork sessions feeling so much lighter, joyful, and grateful.
